Right of Withdrawal

⚠ Legal Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal (European Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. L.221-18 of the Consumer Code).
Your Rights
In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within a period of 14 days without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
The refund will be made within 14 days following the receipt of your request or the return of the product (if return is required).
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product.
ℹ Information: Personalized products (with engraving) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
